Gameweek 28

Norwich vs. Chelsea

Chelsea in the head-to-head at 1.30 (bet365)
Chelsea -1.5 at 1.90 (bet365)

Chelsea have won each of their last four visits to Carrow Road and they beat Norwich 7-0 earlier in the season. Norwich limp into this fixture on a four-game losing streak and each of those defeats came by 2+ goals. Chelsea have won three straight including 4-0 away against Burnley on the weekend.

Wolves vs. Watford

Wolves to win by one goal at 3.50 (Unibet)

Six of Wolverhampton’s seven home wins over the last 12 months were by one goal while five of Watford’s seven away defeats were by one goal.

Gameweek 29

Brighton vs. Liverpool

Liverpool in the head-to-head at 1.50 (Picklebet)

After a seven-game unbeaten stretch, Brighton have reverted back to playing attractive football without scoring. They have only scored one goal in their last four games and they’ve lost four straight with three coming by 2+ goal margins. Liverpool have won seven straight and are very much back in the title race. They kept five clean sheets in that seven-game run and they out-scored their opponents by 19 goals to 2.

Liverpool -1.5 at 2.35 (bet365)

Four of Brighton’s five home defeats during the last twelve months were by 2+ goals while nine of Liverpool’s thirteen away wins were by 2+ goals.

Leeds vs. Norwich

[Note: neither side has played their Thursday night game at the time of writing]

Leeds in the head-to-head at 1.61 (bet365)

Leeds looked far stronger in their opening fixture under new manager Jesse Marsch. They out-shot Leicester City by 19 to 7 and finished with 2.14 expected goals to Leicester City’s 0.36. A similar performance should see them beat Norwich who have gone 2-2-9 away from home this season.

Arsenal vs. Leicester

Arsenal in the head-to-head at 1.53 (bet365)

Arsenal have gone 12-3-1 as the home favourite over the last 12 months and since 1997 they have gone 12-1-1 at home against Leicester City.

Crystal Palace vs. Man City

Man City in the head-to-head at 1.33 (Unibet)

Crystal Palace have gone 1-1-6 at home against Man City since promotion and their last three home fixtures against City were lost by 2-goal margins. Crystal Palace have lost five straight games against sides in the top seven. Man City have won five of their last six away games against sides outside the top 8.
